Synopsis: After an accident that killed her husband and left her son in a 'shut in' state of paralysis a psychologist cares for her disabled child in a remote house where she is plagued by disturbing dreams. A mute young boy sent to her for counseling, disappears while at her home and is presumed dead in the wintry expanses outside, she becomes convinced that he is still alive however and the world of dreams and reality begin to blur.
